The Bungalow & Your Stay

• Cosy and relaxing atmosphere with easy access private off-road parking for up to 2 cars.

• Pinewood is a detached 2 bed roomed (1 double and 1 twin) bungalow sleeping up to 4 people.

• Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors will have to bring their own towels and tea-towels.

• There are electric night storage radiators in both the back bedroom and the lounge where there is also an electric fire.

• Fully fitted modern Kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and small dishwasher.

• The modern bathroom has a large bath with an electric shower over, shaver point and wall mounted fan heater.

• In the lounge there is a flat screen LCD TV with Skybox also there is a DVD player with a large selection of films.
• There are also 2 and 3 seater settees.

• Telephone with honesty box.

• Strictly non-smoking and sorry pets are not allowed. Sorry no children under 5 years.

• Externally there are large elevating gardens at the side with steps leading to a paved patio area at the rear of the property.

• Important safety note: Access to the upper levels of the garden is at the visitors own risk.

• All prices are per week and are quoted in pounds Sterling.

• Saturday is the preferred changeover day, but may be changed subject to availability. Guests must depart by 10.00am, ensuring enough time to clean and prepare for arrivals after 16.00pm
